How to arrange for your appointment

The Consulate has appointed Abtran Ltd. exclusively to handle all appointments for our passport and visa clients. You cannot arrange for an appointment by calling the Consulate directly.

To make an appointment, please call:

(1) 900-776-5555 (to pay trough phone bill)

Calls cost $2.49.- per minute

Opening hours of calling center (Abtran) are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Monday to Friday except for December 24, 25, 26, 31, New Years Day and Good Friday.

(Note: Some premium numbers (1-900) are blocked by workplaces and also some cell phone companies. We suggest that you contact your cell phone company to have the number unlocked.)

The lines above are to be used for appointment setting only. Once you have made an appointment, you will receive an e-mail with your reference number, date and time.
