Pardon our Dust
Please note: Due to renovation work in the service counter area of the Legal and Consular Department at the Consulate General in Chicago, it is expected that no passport or visa requests can be accepted or processed between December 16, 2014 and March 20, 2015. Restrictions on visitor traffic in other consulary affairs may also come into effect. We ask for your patience and understanding.
The extent to which other diplomatic missions can provide substitute services is currently being determined. We will inform you on our website as soon as further details become available. If you believe that you will need a passport or visa during the above-mentioned period, we highly recommend that you submit your application in person now.
