Honorary Consuls - Consulate General San Francisco

Besides helping to promote German-US relations in their region, honorary consuls are also able to assist US and German citizens in some legal and consular issues related to Germany. They are not, however, not authorized to provide all services, e.g. they are not allowed to issue visas. If you are unsure if a honorary consul can assist your with your specific concern, please contact the Legal and Consular Department of the Consulate General San Francisco.

At this time, the areas of consular jurisdiction are being redrafted. However, in anticipation of the official designation customers from Idaho may already contact Mr. Hoffmann in Portland, customers from Montana and all of Washington State Mrs. Heußner-Walker.
