How to Make a German Advent Wreath

We asked the volunteer crafters of the German School in Washington to show us how to make an authentic German advent wreath. Each year the crafters gather the week before the first Advent to assemble dozens of wreaths that have been ordered by customers from around the Washington, DC, area. They allowed us into their "workshop" and gave us their tips on making and Advent wreath. We thank the Friends of the German School for their generosity in sharing their expertise.
