Networks
A viable transatlantic climate policy needs networks. Academics on both sides of the Atlantic must be in close contact to collate their findings; politics, business and research must be integrated to find practicable solutions; and links are needed between all levels and stakeholders active in climate policy. Only in this way can the knowledge gained by practitioners who implement climate policy every day be fed into the regulatory framework for the future. This is the idea behind a transatlantic climate bridge.
