(© Germany.info) Do you work for a German-owned company in the U.S. and want to understand your German or American colleagues and counterparts better? Are you active at the German-U.S. interface and want to increase your cross-cultural competency using differences to your advantage rather than considering them as barriers?

This interactive 90 minute cross-cultural awareness workshop will help you understand

- differences and similarities between American and German core values and how they present themselves in a business environment.

- differences and similarities in German and American communication and working styles, especially in the Southern U.S.

- ways to bridge the culture gap between Germans and Americans in a productive and effective way.
