German Consulate Volunteers for GPB Radiothon

Colleagues from the German Consulate General in Atlanta supported the radiothon at Georgia Public Broadcasting last Friday. Together with other volunteers, they helped answer the phones and recorded membership information of the donors.
2,000 new and renewing members gave generously for the GPB Fall Membership Campaign. Their support will enable Georgia Public Broadcasting to provide quality service that benefits the listeners across the state.
The German Consulate General is also proud to support GPB's brand-new children's TV show "Slangman's World" that teaches young kids about foreign languages and cultures through animation and song.
