German Ambassador meets with Governor Strickland in Cleveland

German Ambassador Klaus Scharioth met  with Ohio Governor Strickland on September 1, 2009. They discussed bilateral matters as well as international relations, especially Pakistan, Afghanistan, the challenges of the new Obama administration and alternative energy matters. Both underlined that Germany and Ohio might work together more closely in the future.

Ambassador Scharioth also delivered a keynote speech at Germany's Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest (GACCoM) 2nd annual Renewables and Energy Efficiency Roadshow in Columbus, OH.
