The Consulate General participated in the annual Solar Power International conference and trade show held in Anaheim from October 27-29, 2009.

On Wednesday, October 28, Consul General Wolfgang Drautz hosted an afternoon reception celebrating German Day at the German Pavilion.

The Pavilion offered space for 13 German enterprises and trade promotion agencies that specialize in renewables focusing on solar energy.

The German particpants registered a high interest in their expertise and technology among attendees to the event, considered the largest business-to-business solar engergy conference and expo in North America.
