Home Game

What belongs together grows together.

The soccer team of the German Consulate General in Miami now has its own soccer field. The team, that for some time has been searching for appropriate training facilities, has finally found its home base.

From now on they will practise every Sunday on the premises of the German-American-Social-Club (GASC), located at 11919 SW 56th Street, Miami, FL 33175.

Elke Kraushaar, president of the club, was already able to welcome 17 new, active members during an initial opening match.

The soccer players, led by vice consul and team captain Thomas Busch, are now in a position to invite teams from all over the world to compete on a state-of-the-art grass pitch. What is more, the GASC is not only interesting for active club members, but also for sportsfans who can enjoy German Bundesliga live on three TV screens in the clubhouse.
