German prosecutor issues penalty order for 12,000 Euro against traditionalist clergy Williamson

Prosecution in Regensburg (Bavaria) has issued a penalty order of 12,000 Euro against traditionalist clergy Williamson for sedition. Williamson had denied the Holocaust in a TV interview for Swedish TV, which was conducted on German soil and distributed worldwide. If Williamson pays the penalty he is regarded a convicted criminal in Germany, if not, he has to stand trial.
