On Saturday, April 14, 2012, for the second year in a row, the Miami Consulate General and Honorary Consul Brock McClane sponsored a German-produced and German-directed film being screened at the Florida Film Festival hosted by the Enzian Theater in Maitland, Florida. The film, "Drei Sterne: die Koeche und die Sterne," was a documentary featuring chefs from Europe and across the globe striving for the elusive Michelin 3-star rating. Following the screening, the guests joined a reception in the Enzian Theater garden with remarks from Enzian Theater president Henry Maldonado.
