Storm, a film by the awarding-winning German writer/director Hans-Christian Schmid, opens in select theaters in the greater Los Angeles area on Friday, November 13, 2009.

The Tin Drum

With this symposium, the UCLA German Department celebrates the 50th anniversary of the novel The Tin Drum (Die Blechtrommel) written by Günter Grass. The film will be screened following the symposium.
