more than five animals. Where do I get the import permission for them?
The federal state of Germany in which the animals are to cross the border or arrive at a port or airport shall be responsible for issuing a veterinary import authorization. The supreme federal state authorities in charge of veterinary affairs can provide pertinent information.
It is most likely that you will enter Germany via Frankfurt, so you will need to get the permission of the Supreme authority of the federal state of Hessen for the import:
