German Embassy, Press Office

The embassy's Press Office works with the American media to provide information on government policy, as well as more general information relating to Germany. Press officers act as spokespeople for the embassy. They also support the efforts of German correspondents operating in the US. Inquiries from non-media American groups and individuals are generally handled by the German Information Center.
