German-American Festival of Friendship

Federal Chancellor Gerhard Schröder invited the students of the Bridge New York - Berlin to a party at the Chancellery in Berlin. Together with 600 students from Berlin and the State of Brandenburg, the students from New York worked on the art project "The Bridge to Hope and Peace", played soccer and basketball, drove Formula One race cars (well, only on simulators), toured the Chancellery garden, enjoyed live music and partied away.
