On Tuesday January 28th, Consul General Meister (pictured center), together with French Consul General Alexis Andres (pictured left), were keynote speakers in a discussion organized by the World Affairs Council called “75 years after Auschwitz: the state of anti-Semitism” at the United Way of Greater Houston. They discussed the background and impacts of anti-Semitism in Germany, the U.S., and France today and the measures that Germany, France, and the E.U. take to fight anti-Semitism.
