The German feature film TIGERMILCH will be shown at the 4th Nordic International Film Festival, on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Scandinavia House.

The German Consulate General Recommends:

The Nordic International Film Festival is based in New York City at the renowned Scandinavia House on Park Avenue, also known as The Nordic Center. The festival celebrates Nordic and international films annually, and NIFF strives to find new and upcoming independent films as well as honoring great work from already established filmmakers.

This year marks the 4th year for the festival and we are pleased to announce the German Feature film TIGERMILCH as part of the competition. Both the director Ute Wieland and the producer Susanne Freyer will attend the screening and the Q&A following.

The film follows the two teenagers Nini and Jameelah into the urban jungle of Berlin. But life intervenes: Jameeah is in danger of being deported to Iraq.
