The International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) Program is an initiative aimed at empowering young graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive democratic processes in their home countries and beyond. Taking place from March 1 to July 31, 2025, in Berlin, Germany, the program invites up to 120 participants from over 50 countries to engage in a comprehensive five-month experience.

During the program, participants undertake a three-month work placement with a Member of the German Parliament, gaining insights into Germany's parliamentary system and political decision-making processes. Additionally, they participate in an educational program with German political foundations and have the opportunity to enroll in university classes offered in collaboration with Berlin’s major universities.

Ideal for politically engaged individuals under 30 years old with a strong interest in democratic governance, the IPS Program requires applicants to have very good knowledge (B2+) of the German language and familiarity with German politics and society. Applicants must have completed their undergraduate studies and provide proof of their degree by December 31, 2024.
