The entrance is on East Huron Street. The Consulate can be reached by almost all bus lines which head to Downtown Chicago as well as by subway (Red Line). The nearest Red Line stations are Chicago and Grand.Parking facilites are available on 50 East Ohio Street, 2 blocks south from the Consulate's Building.

How to Reach the Emergency Service
Please note that the emergency service offers assistance only to German citizens needing immediate assistance or if you are calling on behalf of a German citizen who requires immediate assistance. It does not have access to files and can neither provide information on the status of passport or visa applications nor answer general inquiries.
