After the birth of intelligence as a scientific notion in the 19th century, the emergence of neurochips able to mimic brain plasticity, and the invention of neural networks and intelligent robots, we are witnessing a new technological age, in which the simulation of the real has become limitless. How are we to answer the challenge of this super AI? How to respond to responding systems like ChatGPT? The talk will try to bring to light the political implications of these questions.
