Rehearsals are typically held on Tuesday evenings on the Upper East Side, followed by social gatherings.

The season begins with a **Dancers' Reception** at the German Consulate, where invited prospective dancers will meet the Ball Committee and Junior Committee members and enjoy a live demonstration of the Quadrille dance.
