The KINO! Film Salon is a free monthly online film discussion group about German film, produced by
Telescope Film and the German Film Office. Each month we choose a German film or series currently available to stream, watch it independently, and come together for a hosted conversation with other fans of German film.

Just in time for Pride month, our film for June is Great Freedom, directed by Sebastian Meise, and starring Franz Rogowski. The film received the Jury Prize in the Un Certain Regard section at the Cannes Film Festival in 2021 and was shortlisted for the Best International Feature Film at the 94th Academy Awards.

Date and Time: Sunday, June 14th at 11:00am - 12:00pm PT / 2:00 - 3:00pm ET / 8:00pm - 9:00pm CET.
