The KINO! Film Salon is a free monthly online film discussion group about German film, produced by
Telescope Film and the German Film Office. Each month we choose a German film or series currently available to stream, watch it independently, and come together for a hosted conversation with other fans of German film.

Our film for September is Western, an updated example of the genre set on the frontier of Eastern Europe, about a group of German construction workers heading to a foreign construction site in a Bulgarian village. Director Valeska Grisebach will join us for the discussion LIVE from the Toronto International Film Festival.

Date and Time: The Salon will take place on Sunday, September 13th at 11:30am - 12:30pm PT / 2:30 - 3:30pm ET / 8:30pm - 9:30pm CET.

Location: On Zoom; RSVP and the Zoom link will be sent to you the day before.
