Please note that additional fees of € 65 (app. $ 80) will be charged for passport applications with a Honorary Consul. These fees also cover the certification of signature and photocopies.

Due to high demand, the San Francisco Consulate General has implemented a waitlist for passport appointments, replacing the former direct booking. Registration is required to receive an appointment. You will be notified via email regarding estimated wait times and your confirmed appointment details.

Please Please make one appointment per person. Passport applications sent in by mail will not be accepted.
