Office and Phone Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Phone Consultation Hours for the Legal and Consular Department:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Due to COVID-19 we currently operate BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and do not accept walk-in clients! Please read all information provided on our website carefully before making an appointment!
Retention Permits are accepted by mail (not email)! Send your complete application (2 application forms with signature, 1 set of copies) by mail, but please note: an appoinment is needed for the notarization of copies of passport and greencard!
In case of an emergency (e.g. loss of your travel document right before a scheduled trip to Germany), please contact us via our contact form!
